Letselschadevordering.nl is an independent referral platform (not a law firm) that connects personal injury victims, free of charge and without obligation, with a specialised personal injury lawyer. This privacy statement explains how we handle your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data do we collect?
When you complete a form or the quickscan, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, telephone number, email address and the information you provide about your situation (such as the type of accident and your complaints). We also collect limited technical data (such as your IP address and website usage) via analytical cookies.
Why do we use your data?
We use your data solely to assess your request and to put you in contact with a specialised personal injury lawyer who can advise you, free of charge and without obligation, about your situation.
Sharing with third parties
For this purpose we share your data with the specialised personal injury lawyer or firm to whom we connect you. We never sell your data and do not share it with other parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, and the right to object. To exercise these rights, email schade@letselschadevordering.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
